1940-The Year of Cartoons. You Must Register Before You Can Post

The reason why I say this was because it was the year that we saw three cartoon character primeres (Bugs Bunny, Woody Woodpecker, and Tom and Jerry) and we also saw two great Disney Movies such as "Pinocchio" and "Fantasia".

Also...the year before that, was the year of the movies since "Gone With the Wind", "The Wizard of OZ", and "Mr. Smith goes to Washington" were released that year.
