Who was the voice actor who provided the voice of the guy that said 'Isn't that cute? BUT IT'S WRONG!'?

The character was named Hollywood, and he was voiced by Brian Cummings.

Who, of course, Brain Cummings was related to Jim Cummings as i believe.
P.S this is more of an animator question, but which ones of the episodes did Mr Big Cartoons of Australia do, just to tell them apart from Wang.
