Animallike toys ride in vehicles with ram's horns

not for sure if this was a cartoon.. just remember the barely remember toys from when i was younger.. what i remember most is the vehicle i beleve they rode in, had rams horns and when moved the mouth would open and close, also the figures looked like animals and had holograms on thier chests... pretty sure they weren't from visionaries but could be wrong, if anyone could help that'd be great..
and if not a cartoon sorry hehe

introduced in an episode of the Transformers,...

Oh man, I loved Battle Beasts when I was younger. The toys were great.. I always had wished they made a cartoon series based on it.
The commercials were animated, though.
