I remember an old cartoon where a boy chicken wanted to be a fighter. He trained and made it to the ring, his mother showed up at the end and gave him a spanking.

I recall a cartoon called "The Country Mouse" by Warner Brothers where a mouse wishes to become a fighter much to the dismay of his grandmother--who is much stronger than him. He doesn't do well in the ring with the Champ--but grandma does--and spanks her grandson in the end.
