CG Anime Movie [Computer Generated]

An anime movie in 3D basically that airred on CN quite some time ago. I don't recall the name hence my thread, but i would like to try and let you guys take a shot at it. The movie is about a boy, yes how original, who has telekinetic powers? Or it might have been elictricty, i dont know! But the plot of the movie is that this boy has to save his sister, i think. Anyway, his first battle is with a fat guy who goes through walls... o.O.
I hope this helps and i'm pretty sure the title starts with a G.

Hmm...That kind of sounds like Skyland, except that Skyland is a series, not a movie. Also, it airs on Nicktoons Network, not CN and in Skyland, it's the girl who is the telekinetic, not her older brother.
