what was the name of the cartoon where a young boy or maybe it was an animal would knock on his friends house which happened to be a small box and he was always sleeping. he had to shrink down to get inside. i forget the name of it. ugh.

That's Tooter Turtle. He'd knock on Mr. WIzard's box, waking him up, and the magician would shrink him so he could enter. Once inside, he'd say he wanted to be anything from a private eye to a cave turtle, and the lizard would grant his wish. Something would go awry, and Tooter would yell, "Help! Mr. Wizard!" Mr. Wizard rescued him by chanting, "Drizzle, drazzle, druzzle, drome. Time for this one to come home." Then he'd lecture Tooter to just be himself.
