Corrections on the later Looney Tunes shorts.

I have been reading the Looney Tunes filmography on the BCDB site, and here are a few that need a bit of correcting... "Cool Cat," "Merlin the Magic Mouse" and "Fiesta Fiasco" have the picture of the WB version of the "new style graphic opening." That is not correct; as all three of these shorts use the Warner/Seven Arts logo during the opening and closing. The picture of the WB title card should be THIS:
Even if it's not totally accurate, it's still closer to showing what these cartoons DID have. Additionally, "Whizzard of Ow," "Museum Scream," "Attack of the Drones," "Hare and Loathing in Las Vegas," "Cock a Doodle Duel" and "Hare and Loathing in Las Vegas" were NOT released theatrically at all. They were all eventually released direct to video in 2004. The year for all of them should be 2003, though some have 2005, which is inaccurate. "Attack of the Drones" also had Rough Draft Studios doing overseas animation. And although uncredited, the Executive Producer on all six mentioned shorts was Sander Schwartz. The title cards pictured are wrong. Until I can access all the short's title cards, the WB shield picture should be replaced with THIS:
Just felt like correcting that.

OK I updated. I kept the 2005 release date as that is the accurate date for the Australian DVD release....

Just my own opinion, mind you; but that bottom title-card is really ugly. Why did they have to make it so crazy-looking? It looks like it belongs on one of John K's cartoons. The original WB shorts always had great-looking titles, that were done in "straight" fashion (i.e. no goofy-looking fonts).

I have to agree, that Sander Schwartz-era Looney Tunes title card was UGLY, even uglier than the "Abstract" logos used during the 1960s. It also utilized that "3D WB shield" effect from "Lumber Jack Rabbit." THEN the same effect was used on my three CGI shorts from 2010 (but that made sense, as these shorts were also in 3D) AND on the opening titles to "The Looney Tunes Show!" I guess WB doesn't want the shield to just simply "zoom up" anymore, like in the classics. They want to go the "Lumber Jack Rabbit" approach.

Everything in those modern-day WB cartoons is wrong, the opening titles, even the music. To me it sounds like they used a smaller orchestra in a too-small recording studio that was closely miked. They should have recorded those on one of Warners' sound stages in Burbank, like they did in the old days.
