Creature pulls stuff from pumpkin head

hi again..hope you can help me with a cartoon...i can't remember much of it but here it goes.it's with some strange looking creatures...they could be some dogs..or some kind of vampires(not sure)..they ride a bike..one of them has a pumpkin for a head and he keeps pulling stuff out of there..and maybe they're in some kind o f a race.i think they're in the same show as heathcliff but that's just a wild guess.sorry but that's all i have.hope you can help <br>

Frank Welker as "Dingbat" the vampire dog who sounded like Bela Lugosi
and "Sparerib" the skeleton wearing shorts, suspenders, and a plumber's helper on his head who sounded like Curly Howard of "The Three Stooges."
Don Messick as "Nobody" the cranky talking pumpkin in sneakers who sounded like Jimmy Durante.
A Ruby-Spears Production. Part of the "Heathcliff and Dingbat" show on ABC Satuday mornings for one season from 1980 to 1981. "Marmaduke" replaced "Dingbat and the Creeps" for "Heathcliff's" second ABC season from 1981 to 1982.
DIC's "Heathcliff" and "The Catillac Cats" would premiere in 1984 in weekday syndication.
