Cuckcoo Cuckoo Here I Am!

A show that I used to watch when I was younger played an into song that went something like this.. "Cuckoo, Cuckoo here I am. But you, But you, cannot see me. Turn around and look this way. Listen to what I have to say!"
I can't even remember who or what was singing this but I know that the moon has some significant to this song and the show thats stuck in my head! I also think it have something to do with a spider that 2 children cannot see.
What is this show called? HELPPP!!
