Dark Cartoon with cavemen/nomads

Hi Guy!
A few Weeks ago, I saw on an foreign TV Channel a cartoon wich told (sorry for the bad english, usually I speek german) the story of primitive humans. I didnt understand the story, but it seemed that a black girl ( with with color on her face and the rest of the body) should be sacrified. The Chief of her village ( I think he was the chief, but he had surely a hieg position) was apperently manipulated by the medecineman/sorcerer/whatever, who seems to be the main villian, because we can see him in the credits. Fortunatly, the black girl had 2 friends from another tribe, a white man with long, black hair und a girl. When the evil guys wanted to sacrifice her in the mountains ( she was bonded on some kind of stonetable, and lightenings were on the sky), her friends came to rescue her and then destroyed the bridge between them and the evil guys, so they couldnt be followed. Eventuelley, it seemed that the black girl could join the tribe of the white men, because you can see her with 4 other guys in the credits.
The Animation was sometimes very well, sometimes more simple. The backgrounds are always dark and dirty, the main colors are brown, black and grey. I really have no idea when this film (or series) was animated, or even were, but its surely not an anime nor an cartoon between the first cartoons and the 1970ies.
