Neither this cel, nor the Roo one in the other post, seem quite right to me. The drawing quality seems a little lacking for Disney of the 80s, even if it is from the TV series rather than the features. Both characters on one cel seems unlikely, and the layout seems out of scale. It looks more like an illustrative piece, rather than a production cel - the action lines round the dropping saucepan seem out of place for a frame of action.
