Drunken Notes
This LT cartoon starts with the notes making arrangements for the "Blue Danube" and everything was going well until...one note is drunk. (His head is red). The quarter-flat turns into a dog, the eight-notes turn into horses, and the director makes the note stay on a clothespin. But soon...all the notes are drunk. If you know the title, that would be appreciative.

That's the Chuck Jones classic "High Note"

Bugs Bunny cartoons are not supposed to feature a lisping Viking rabbit hunter enthusiastically professing his operatic love for a bunny in drag.

High Note was shown when I saw Bugs Bunny On Broadway a couple of years ago. The audience got a big kick out of it, especially when the song "How Dry I Am" was played.

An uncredited Mel Blanc provides some drunken sound effects. Nominated for an Oscar, it's available on the VHS tape A Salute To Chuck Jones, on sale at Amazon.com for $4.11 and up.
