Please, I've been searching for a cartoon that shows a young girl who eavesdrops on adults and, with her imagination, she interprets what she hears literally. The only scene I can recall is one where she overhears something about someone playing bridge and she imagines adults playing with a full-sized bridge (or, something like that...it's been decades since I've seen it.)

I know there was a children's book like this called "The King who Rained" which had a part in which the mother mentioned not to bother her when she was playing bridge--and the mother is balanced out like one. However, I don't believe it's ever been animated.
