Garden Gopher Blackface Gag Restoration

Hello everybody! I recently found a very nice looking copy of the infamous blackface gag from Tex Avery's Garden Gopher. Below are some frame grabs.
Even so, it's still not perfect looking,so I have decided to try and restore the scenes best I can. Now the only real problem here is that a lot of the frames suffer from something called "frame ghosting" where everytime something moves it fades into the next frame. Does anyone know of any program or something that can fix this?
