I was highly hesitant to make a post like this due to the P&R rule (Politics and Religion), but since there's a miniseries called "The Bible" on The History Channel this Lent...I thought of having a post that has used Bible Stories/People in it (I didn't see if there was a thread about this already).
For example, in "Fantasia 2000" Noah asks Donald Duck to round-up the animals for him until the world gets flooded. Or "Simpsons Bible Stories" where the Simpsons sleep and dream they're the people in the Bible.
Or we can mention about "Superbook" or the series by Hanna-Barbera.

There's Modern Madcap's infamous "Two By Two" which got Howard Post fired from Paramount. Basically revolving around the Noah story, Quacky Whack must find himself a lady duck in order to gain entrance upon the ark. Oh yeah, and at one point Quacky tries imitating the voice of the Lord in order to trick Noah into letting him aboard.

And let's not forget "Noah And His Animals," plus the two "Little Drummer Boy" cartoons. Sure, he was never mentioned in the Bible, but they take place in that era.

"Guardin' the Garden" had Slappy Squirrel guarding the Tree of Knowledge from the serpent who wishes to tempt Adam and Eve with its apples.

^That one I remember because Ernest Earle "Ernie" Anderson (Where I live, we call him Ghoulardi) did the narration.
There was a Pink Panther cartoon called "Sink Pink" where a hunter builds a boat like Noah's Ark, and it's one of the rarities because the Pink Panther talks!
