Guy tells story with play on words(Symphony Slang)

Does anyone remember this one? I need the name and who did it (MGM, Warner Bros, etc), so I can try to find it: It was a play on words...the guy is telling a story about going out w/Mary, an old flame (and he walks w/a flame on his arm), he 'chews the rag' w/the bartender (literally), the piano played 'by ear' (literally), a bunch of guys were outside just 'hangin' around' (literally), etc...at the end, he says 'whassamatter, cat caught your tongue', and there's the cat w/a tongue in it's paw. I remember this as my favorite as a kid, but don't know the details...HELP! THANX!

I could have sworn it was available on DVD now, as a bonus cartoon to one of the MGM feature films released by Warner Home Video. A title search on Amazon only yields the VHS tape, however, and you can expect to pay an arm and a leg for it. Hopefully the long-awaited Tex Avery DVD box set will soon be forthcoming...

Avery was a genius. Maybe that was my influence on a play that I wrote for my school.
