I Tawt I Taw a Putty Tat--live action clip

So I stumbled upon this clip by random chance a few years ago--and I still don't know whether to find it creepy--brilliant or both. Yet I could not find it again until now--through someone else's upload of it. Basically it's two famous late comedians Morecambe and Wise acting out the song "I Tawt I Taw a Putty Tat--complete with ridiculous looking costumes.
I do love the bit where "Tweety" is telling "Sylvester" to be friends with him--while gunning him down with a machine gun.

LOL, that was hilarious! They did a good job on that and I really liked their costumes.

GAC posted this on their Facebook page... I thought it was very well done. I wonder what they could have done with "Daffy Duck's Rhapsody"?
I used to watch "Morcambe & Wise" in reruns on a local independent station during the mid-1980's. I always liked the bit at the end where this rotund woman (who never appeared at any other time on the show) would come out and thank the audience for having to come see her and her "little show".
I also enjoyed those ersatz "film productions" that Ernie Wise was always doing. One time, in what I thought was a very touching moment, Eric Morcambe explained to someone who was complaining about Ernie's lack of directorial expertise:
"Look... you know he can't direct and I know he can't direct; but HE thinks he can direct, and that's all that matters!"
