waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy too many subforums. When you are just starting out, you don't want to have nearly that many options. If you do, even if you have a growing member base, they'll never be able to get a coherent community going because the posts will be so fractured and spread thin. Eliminate all of those subforums, down to maybe three tops. As for categories, you don't more than 2 public and one private right now, if you even need a private category (for moderators or the like).
