Is there a preservation society You Must Register Before You Can Post

for vintage animations? I would like to see all the Terry-Toons, for example, be preserved in as good a condition as possible and saved in digital format.

There probably is, since most of the Disney films get preserved. I think that's why those films go into the vault after a few years of release...and yet don't get.
