If you do not already have one of these programs, please download mIRC or pIRCh (pIRCh has not been updated since 1998-99, we strongly suggest using mIRC instead). The information you need to connect to our chatroom using mIRC is as follows: Network (if available): Sandnet Server: irc.sandnet.net Port: 6667 Channel: #AnimationHQ Another way to reach our chatroom is to enter via a JAVA CHAT APPLET, provided by our server. Once the applet is loaded, it will request permission from you to run. You MUST grant permission or you will not be able to use the applet. Once you grant it permission, the connection/configuration screen will be displayed. You can log in here! Please remember, in order to join #AnimationHQ correctly, make SURE you have selected it from the drop down menu next to "Channel" on the connection/configuration screen! To Recap: 1. Enter a nickname in the first field ('Nick Name'). 2. Change the channel listed in the 'Channel' field from oasis (the default choice) to animationhq. 3. At this point, you do NOT need to change any of the other fields. Simply hit 'CONNECT Now!'. 4. A lot of text will scroll by rather quickly after a moment or so, this is exactly what should happen. After that has scrolled down the screen, you will join our chat room, #AnimationHQ (or a secondary room we have designated for overflow purposes).

By Loki, I can't belive I missed it! I put everything aside just to be there, but no. Loki had to make a little task at the last moment pop up that made me miss it. I can't remember what it was, but I think I had to visit my relatives that haven't seen me since I was a child. Oh well, I guess I'll wait for another to pop up.
