Midnight Patrol was a kids' fantasy show that aired as part of "The Funtastic World Of Hanna-Barbera" in 1990. It was based on a line of British sleepwear, and aired in England under the title "Potsworth And Company." This was also its title when it was released on home video.

The "Midnight Patrol" kids were

Keiko, who travelled on a hovering skateboard,
Carter, who carried a magic paintbrush that can draw illustrations that turned real,
Rosie, who tend to lose her temper and act fussy a lot,
and
Nick, Rosie's little brother who pretended that he was a cape-wearing superhero.

When they slept at night, they entered "the Dream World" and assisted the "Grand Dozer" (voice of Hamilton Camp) to right wrongs with the help of Carter's rather snooty talking dog, Potsworth (voice of Clive Revill). The Nightmare Prince (voice of Rob Paulson) usually caused trouble in the Dream World.

The show was broadcast as part of the "Funtastic World of Hanna Barbera" syndication block from 1990 to 1991.
I didn't see the show regularly. The few episodes I saw were interesting although not really memorable or funny enough to leave a lasting impression.
