Name of a funny cartoon about two robots in space You Must Register Before You Can Post

Hi, I'm trying to find out a name of a scifi cartoon set in space with two robots as main characters. I'm hoping some of you might remember the name. I do think it was on Sci Fi. I do not know if it was a series or just one short film as I only saw it once and I think the year was about 2001.

The story was about these two robots living in a spaceship which also served as factory of some sort. They were constantly fighting with each other and things would often escalate until this demon-like alien (who maybe was the captain of the ship?) would get angry and whip the two robots and restore order. I'm sorry I have forgot everything else. Any ideas about the name?

Regards, Zip

The only thing that's coming to mind is Nelvana's "Romie-O and Julie-8." Try looking into that one.
