Osama hides in U.S. house, works in office

I have another cartoon I cant remember the name of:
all I can remember is something osama bin laden is actually hiding in a house in the usa and working in Office somewhere in USA same town.
this person, founds the code in all the message and tracks him down. turns out there just miss him as he moved house.

That's obviously a very recent cartoon. Can't put my finger on it, let alone figure out who'd want to make Osama a cartoon character.
