"Polo & Higgins..." My animation project.

Me and my friend wanted to start making an animated series to express our absurd senses of humor. I'm the artist, so the whole animation part was up to me. Before we tackled any long complicated script, I wanted to test out my animation method on something short, because I've never really tried animating anything besides little microsoft paint pictures and clay. Anyway, the process I used was mostly traditional. Although, the animation is very limited. I sketched out the drawings on paper, then inked them, scanned them, and colored them in photoshop. I drew the background and colored it with color pencils. I then created a separate picture for each frame and saved them as jpgegs, then combined them all together in NeroVision movie maker, then added the sounds. I did the music myself, and I voiced Higgins. My friend voiced Polo. Anyway, here is our one minute "pilot" episode I guess. It took longer than I thought, mostly because of the mouth movements that I mapped out to fit each word. I could have spent less time on that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQdqJFjVsM8 YouTube compressed the quality a good bit, but I don't know any other way to make it quickly available to watch with better quality. Well, anyway. Enjoy!
