Flintstones Vitamins! (Are they still around?) Flintstones Vitamins are still around-and they taste horrible. I'll admit it-I'm 20 and still take children's vitamins. There are Powerpuff, Scooby-Doo and Looney Tunes. They make Scooby Snacks-for actual dogs! I remember Donald Duck orange juice. I believe there are actually Dagwood Bumstead coldcuts! ------------------------- Bugs Bunny cartoons are not supposed to feature a lisping Viking rabbit hunter enthusiastically professing his operatic love for a bunny in drag.

There is also Keebler's Scooby Snacks for people made out of graham crackers. They're good too. And Nabisco makes Disney's Princess Gummies: Multi Vitamins. Oop. I almost forgot about Wallace & Gromit's Wensleydale Cheese.

There are too many cereals to mention here, but there was one that my older sister used to buy that was unique: Popeye Puffed Wheat (I think was the name), which came in a bag instead of a box. It had Popeye's picture on it.

Tom and Jerry Soda was a bubble gum-flavored concoction marketed a few years ago... by a Malaysian company, I think, and pretty hard to find around here. It tasted much better than you'd think. And yes, T&J were pictured.

Speaking of T&J, they also had flavored Tom & Jerry milk in Israel.

Decades ago, my local general store sold a brand of flavored powdered drinks similar to Kool-Aid, with Fred Flintstone adorned on the label, called "Yabba Dabba Dew." There's also a Donald Duck Donut Shop here in Maryland.

If we're also counting puppets, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy each had their own shampoo: Kermit's Krazy Berry Bubbles and Miss Piggy's Pink Bananas, specifically. There was also Woody Woodpecker Glow Putty. Basically, glow-in-the-dark Silly Putty with Woody's picture on the container.

The Looney Tunes lent their licenses to Parmalat for their low-fat dairy drinks-in-a-box. Other flavors/characters included Bugs, Taz and Sylvester & Tweety. I haven't seen any of these in stores for a while—last I heard, Parmalat had declared bankruptcy.

Some Parmalat cartons are still sold in my neighborhood supermarket, but just the big ones.

Wow. I checked out your link. The Parmalat drama sounds a lot (a whole lot) like my old job. With one important difference—Parmalat still exists.
