Red guy dressed like Indian with a turban

Treehouse once around 2002-2003 i believe, lumped shown with Nini's Treehouse and Itsy Bitsy Time. it was something like Teletubbies and Plonsters (which was on YTV in the later 1990s and 2000-2001) with magical sort of figures who were colored Green, Red, Blue etc, etc, with elements from the opening intro including a rainbow and the red guy was dressed like an Indian complete with a turban, Anyone know what i am really talking about and no, i am not talking about Wee 3, those had monsters in that show instead,
