Scooby-Doo Early Syndication Package

I have a question some of you may be able to answer me on:
For all the Hanna-Barbera cartoons that were syndicated by the (DFS) (Dorland) Program Exchange, is it true that this was some sort of joint agreement with Worldvision Enterprises, which acted as main syndicator of the Hanna-Barbera library since 1979 (the year that Taft Broadcasting, which had owned H-B for 13 years, bought out Worldvision)?
If the joint agreement thing is the case, I believe that, with the exception of the classic 1960s "The Flintstones" shows (which Program Exchange remained syndicating through about 1992), that Worldvision alone had syndicated the H-B library until 1991, when Turner bought out the whole of H-B (and most of the library of H-B's spinoff company, Ruby-Spears), although the Worldvision deal on Scooby-Doo and other cartoons would've ended around January 1, 1993 if I am not mistaken.
For example, I know that while Program Exchange had syndicated the Scooby-Doo episodes, there were 155 half-hours in the package (as noted in the latest available issue of Broadcasting Magazine, dated 12/29/86). I know 113 of these half-hours were pre-Scrappy-Doo (1969 to 1979). These 113 half-hours break down as:
*1 to 25 - Scooby-Doo, Where Are You (CBS, 1969-71)
**1 to 17 aired 1969-70
**18 to 25 aired 1970-71
*26 to 73 - The New Scooby-Doo Movies (CBS, 1972-74) (this show originally ran 1 hour long, making 24 full-hour episodes, of which there were 16 in 1972-73 and 8 in 1973-74)
**26 to 57 were originally full-hour episodes 1 to 16 (1972-73)
**58 to 73 were originally full-hour episodes 17 to 24 (1973-74)
*74 to 113 - The Scooby-Doo Show (ABC, 1976-79)
**Breakdown of these half-hours as follows:
***Episodes 74 to 89 originally ran as part of The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour (1976-77)
***Episodes 90 to 97 originally ran as part of Scooby's All-Star Laff-A-Lympics (1977-78)
***Episodes 98 to 113 originally ran as part of the revived Scooby-Doo Where Are You, and then as part of Scooby's All-Stars (1978-79)
But, can anyone please help me on what the last 42 half-hours of the Scooby-Doo local syndication package?

Wow, this is a grand knowledge of my favorite tv series, Scooby-Doo is truly, and the schedule you have shared is too awesome. I will surely watch this online.
