Reminds me of Teen Titans with robots. G1 Transformers will always be the preferable Transformers incarnation for me.

Well, I must admit that I've never been a huge Transformers fan, but I'm not really feeling the drawing/animation style ofTransformers Animated; it reminds me too much of Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!. And the story lines and characters are the epitome of "Meh". No offense to any fans of the new series, but I'll pass on this one.

One minor nitpick: if you're talking about the new show from Cartoon Network, then the actual title of that is Transformers Animated. It might be a good idea to specify exactly which series you're talking about, since there have been several Transformers shows over the years. Just sayin'.
Anyways, to answer the question: I've seen the first few episodes of Transformers Animated, and I have to vote "meh" as well. I didn't hate it, mind you, but it just didn't interest me. The characters and stories weren't anything I haven't seen done already-and better-on a dozen other shows, and I'm not a huge fan of the Teen Titans/SRMTHFG! art style. Plus the little girl Sari's deus ex machina magical key was used far too often in the 3-part pilot.
Pass for me as well.

I don't think it's as good as Transformers G1 and I'll admit the the art isn't superb!
The art is still better than a number of shows! I guess I like adventure aspect and while the story line might not be as top notch as JL its still better than most and you're right STARBURST sorry I should have used the specific title!
