Walled in playground...I think??

I am looking to see if anyone remembers a cartoon, I believe it was just a short skit during Sesame Street or another PBS show where a group of children are looking through a multiple keyholes into a "magical playground?" And to get in they end up using the rungs from a wheel on the doors to climb up and into the playground. Sorry for the obscure description, that's how I remember it. Any help is much appreciated...thx
