I have been trying to figure out whats the name of that cartoon show with mouse dad and son make plans to get food or cheese from the refrigerator and the son always gets hurt.

I am not to sure but I think the dad name is George, sons name is martin and the wife is Martha? The TV cartoon show is very similar to Tom and Jerry. The only episode I could remember is one with Dad sends son Martin a armored tank to retrieve the cheese from kitchen. Also he wears a Dad wears a hat and/or a vest. Mom always has to heal the son or dad after the cat catches them and gets beat up.
More details: Mouse dad is short, wears a hat and vest. Mouse Son is taller then dad and skinny Mother mouse wears a dress and always heals the son & dad after a any accidents.

I can't help you with the cartoon you are talking about, but I wanted to tell you that posting in one section is fine, but please don't post the same thing in multiple sections. I went ahead and deleted all of the other instances.

This sounds like The Honeymousers, a Looney Tunes cartoon from 1956 directed by Robert McKimson. The cartoon parallels and parodies the earlier "The Honeymooners" show. The "mouse dad" is Ralph Crumden, a parallel of Ralph Kramden, played by legendary comedian Jackie Gleason. The "mouse son" is Ralph's associate, named Ned Morton, a parallel of Ed Norton, played by Art Carney. And the "mother mouse" is Ralph's wife, Alice Crumden, a parallel of Alice Kramden, played by Audrey Meadows. This cartoon is included in the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume Three.

^ Just what I was thinking too. The one with the armored tank is Cheese it, the Cat! (1957) but they were getting a birthday cake instead of cheese. There are a couple of other Honeymousers cartoons. The Honey-Mousers (1956) Mice Follies (1960)

As stated above, that was the Warner Brothers theatrical short titled The Honeymousers (1956), but the characters in question were not a nuclear family unit. They were, in fact, caricatures of characters from the black-and-white sitcom The Honeymooners (which ran from 1951 to 1955) played by Jackie Gleason (Ralph Kramden), Art Carney (Ed Norton) and Jane Meadows (Alice Kramden). Also, it wasn't a TV show, but the characters were used again in 2 more shorts: Cheese It! The Cat (1957) and Mice Follies (1960). It's possible that you could be confusing these characters with The Beary Family produced by Walter Lantz at Universal Studios. The Bearys did have similar physical traits;rotund father (Charlie), tall, ganglly son with porkpie hat (Junior) and mother who wears a pink dress (Bessie), except of course that those characters were bears, not mice.

Not to my knowledge. If you haven't already, check out the link on Cheese It! The Cat in my previous post. It'll take you to the cartoon on YouTube.
