Woman's magic wand makes characters big or small
So this woman with a magic wand points and characters become big at the worst times (when they are in a cave) and small at the worst times (such as holding a rock and the rock crushes them). I recall the villan was trying to hide and they were discovered and caused pain by this wand holding person. It is similar to the Inspectors Transylvania Mania, but different characters. I have searched for this forever, but cannot for the of me find it. I think it might be looney tunes or warner brothers but again am not sure - any help would be great - I laugh every time I think of this cartoon!!

When you mentioned the rock crushing the villain and that you think it might be a WB toon I thought of Transylvania 6-5000 (1963). Although it's Bugs and not a woman, he used "abracadabra" to turn the vampire into a small bat. In turn, the villain will say "hocus pocus" to turn him back into a vampire. During this exchange, the vampire got crushed with a stone.

This is just a wild guess, but maybe it was one of Hanna-Barbera's "Winsome Witch" cartoons, which were part of the "Banana Splits and Friends" syndicated package. Or, going even further out on a limb, it might have been a Paramount "Honey Halfwitch" cartoon. These aired on Nickelodeon as part of "Kartoon Kablooey" and "Weinerville".

I'm trying to remember more details but I do remember the woman may have been a magic fairy with her wand.
