YTP parody for SNL/MadTV? You Must Register Before You Can Post

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHceO91YOOY

I know, it's a little stupid but...

I was so drawn by this Youtube video homage to Max Fleischer's 1936 Paramount Color Classic, that I would like to somehow get permisssion from Paramount Pictures/Lionsgate to use the UCLA elements (and the masters/clearences to other characters' clips as well) to make a skit similar to to this semi-original YouTube video, only the twist is putting in the climax and ending to the classic cartoon. It would probably cost $$$$$$ to make this for character clearnce and restoration of "Play Safe" but it would certianly become a one-hit wonder for today's audience who like dumb stuff.

I would tone it down with the titles, though. It would be nice to see the original Paramount titles (the U.S. version of it), and see it with colors as accuarate as a good color restoration like the recent Pinnochio Blu-ray platinum edition (and if there were a boatload of color accuaracy complaints, I wasn't aware).

I know the actual film with good color is restored on "Saved from the Flames", but the titles are French, and I've seen that version posted many times on Youtube/archive.org.

How can this be possibly produced for SNL or MadTV?
