Choose a best school to enrol

I want to learn some foreign courses and I have learnt some related online courses from a friend. Military school for girl , girl boarding school , career education .But I don't know to choose which the best one is. I have been confused by the problem for a long time. Here could anyone give me some other suggestions or recommendations? Any help would be much appreciated!
