Long Awaited Classic Cartoons That The S'more Entertainment Plan on Releasing on to DVD This Year!

One of the Classic TV shows that they plan on Releasing on September 18th, is the entire series of The Get Along Gang in a 3 disc box set with a $24.99(SRP). This series has not been previously available on DVD. A whole lot of people grew up with this series and perhaps more importantly the series was a product of the 80's, when various "Parent Action Groups" held a great deal of control in regards what kids watch on TV.

S'more Entertainment says that they are still working on compiling special DVD features but have a wealth of storyboards and original art drawings to include and will also be working with the show producer, Scott Jeralds in creation of special features.

The second Classic Release will be on October 16th, that the S'more Entertainment will be releasing is The Littles with all the 29 episodes on a 5 DVD box set, that will retail for around $39.99. The TV series was based on a very successful book series, read be millions of children since the initial book printing in 1967.

What made the The Littles such a compelling show is that in their quest to become productive adults, the Littles Kids and their full sized human friend Henry face the same kinds of problems the young children face every day - issues of friendship, jealousy, honesty, prejudice, consideration for others, kindness, responsibility, risk-taking.

Each episode of The Littles focuses on one such issue, presenting it in explicit, concrete terms. And young, attractive characters with whom children can identify carry out these actions, serving as excellent role models for young viewers. Younger and older children, boys and girls, loners and social butterflies...all can find a character with whom to identify and whom to learn.
