getting job as an animator You Must Register Before You Can Post

I decided that I owuld like to go to college for animation and learn both animation for film and video games. Basically I want to know: 1. Can animation be a day-to-day job like how a businessman goes to his office or a doctor goes to work everyday or is seasonal? As in, do you only have an animation job only when a project comes about? 2. Does it pay well? 3. Is there a future in animation?
