I must add Droopy...or at least he looks depressed.
The Fred Quimby/Tex Avery Droopy does. The Michael Lah Droopy looks like he's been given some Prozac or Zoloft, but I like them all the same. Although I remember the Michael Lah Droopy or Hanna-Barbera Droopy crying a couple of times, which got him what he wanted:
Out-Foxed - when the fox outwits him for the last time, Droopy begins crying that he won't get a steak. The fox asks him about the steak, and Droopy explains that for each fox caught, the dog gets a nice, juicy steak. The fox then proceeds to call all of his fox relatives.
Senor Droopy - in a bullfight contest, the winner can have anything he wants. Both Droopy and his rival, the Wolf, want a date with Lena Romay. While fighting the bull, Droopy cries, saying he'll never get the girl, then the bull comes up behind him, draws a mustache on Lena's face, which causes Droopy to beat the stuffing out of him.

"Allegro Non Troppo" had a segment of a sad little cat wandering through an abandoned house remembering the early days when the house was inhabited with the cat's former owners to the music of "Valse Triste". Very sad.
