It is the Fox from the Fox & Crow cartoon "Room And Bored" (Columbia Screen Gems 1943). The scene is near the end, where the Fox, dressed in furs and stoking up the boiler because the Crow has convinced him it's snowing in July, turns to look in the bathroom cabinet mirror. (At about 6 mins 30 secs).
