Like cartoons from "Sleeping Beauty" where Maleficent turns into a Dragon to an episode of "Garfield and Friends" called "China Cat" where Garfield plays a trick on The Dragon and eats the Dragon's food!

To make this thread more interesting (and not to mention, more accurate), I think only instances of Chinese or Asian dragons should be included, since we are talking about Chinese New Year. That also differentiates it from Tammi's earlier thread.
To that end, in the Simpsons episode "Goo Goo Gai Pan", there are three dragons that Homer manages to insult (they cry rainbows, who knew?).

The French series Chasseurs de Dragons (Dragon Hunters) ran for 52 half-hour episodes.
In the series, dragons infest the world. They are swarming in multiple places and are dangerous altogether. They eat sheep and devastate crops. Despite the danger, Lian-Chu and Gwizdo, two inseparable friends, hunt these monsters.

There was the Disney animated series, "American Dragon: Jake Long", which featured a family of Chinese descent. Jake, the main character, was capable of turning into a dragon, as could his grandfather. They were the guardians of other mythical creatures.
Also by Disney, "Mulan" featured not only the dragon character Mu Shu, but in the climactic scene towards the end, as Chang and the soldiers arrive at the Imperial City to be awarded for defeating the enemy Shan Yu, a costume dragon is seen dancing around at the foot of the stairs to the palace. As Chang and the soldiers ascend the steps, the dragon follows, until they reach the Emperor, then the dragon costume is ripped off, revealing some of the Hun army hidden underneath.
Produced by Studio Ghibli and distributed by Disney, "Spirited Away" featured two dragons: Haku, the boy Chihiro/Sen meets in the bath house is really a river spirit in the shape of a dragon, and the "stinky spirit" she helps clean up turns out to be another river spirit, also in the shape of a dragon.

Out of curiosity: where do we classify Smaug the dragon, from The Hobbit from 1977 by Arthur Rankin and Jules Bass? Smaug is made to look like 100% High Octane Nightmare Fuel in this adaptation.
