Need Name of 1960's Cartoon that Husband Replied..
OK, so this guy at work does EVERYTHING his wife tells him to do and does NOTHING without first consulting with her.
He reminds me of a cartoon character from my childhood (mid-late 1960's) that was this little balding guy and had this wife that hovered over him all the time. She would tell him something, and he would reply "YES, DEAR" in a really whiney, no b*lls at all tone. Kind of like Yessss, dear.
I think she used to carry a rolling pin around too.

Sounds like the Terrytoons character John Doormat (1950s). But there were many cartoons with cliched husband-wife couples like this... with the smartass wife (often wielding a rolling pin) and put-upon husband. As funny as many of the cartoons are, it's a stereotype that was used to justify sexism to some degree—i. e. "let wives have equal rights, and they'll walk all over you, boys."

The Big Cartoon DataBase probably has some information on the characters of Maggie & Sam, but I'm not sure if those are the characters that you're thinking of, as M&S didn't follow that particular schtick 100%.
The characters of the meek husband and his overbearing wife are a comic staple of many decades and have been employed more than once by Hollywood animators. The earliest example of such characters that I know of are Jiggs and his wife Maggie in the comic strip Bringing Up Father, which was around much earlier than 1960. I'm guessing that the ones you described could possibly be M&S because those shorts were released during the 1950s-60s, as I recall.

A memorable Hanna-Barbera tv "Tom & Jerry" cartoon from 1975 had a married couple camping in the woods. The wife would notice Tom and Jerry getting into trouble with a big bear in the forest and would describe the action to her very disinterested husband who is reading a newspaper.
Her husband would respond with a very bored "yes, dear" to her every observation. Almost mantra-like.

No, the memory I have is definitely of the husband and wife in their house with her hovering over him with a rolling pin in her hand all the time.
She would say something and he would reply, Yes, dear in a very submissive manner.
