I don't know, I still think he says "Give me power".

There's also one, when Tom and Jerry are on a cruise, and Tom gets locked up somewhere along with a bomb, that will go off at any time. He then shouts "Let me out", but nobody hears him until it's too late.

The one where Tom yells "Help! Let me out!" is from Cruise Cat. The result of the bomb going off is pretty funny.
