Re: Hummertime [In reply to] You Must Register Before You Can Post

Sorry, I should of done this from the beginning. Here's all the penalties of It's Hummertime. The last one is the result of the dog and the cat going into the cement mixer and the bird picks the bird bath.

I believe they said, "thinker", Flowerpot, and Birdbath

Re: Hummertime [In reply to] You Must Register Before You Can Post

Actually, the penalties were as follows:

Hole in the fence.

Happy Birthday)with dynamite sticks instead of candles).

The Thinker.

The works. This last one had both the dog and cat coming out as a birdbath statue.

Re: Hummertime [In reply to] You Must Register Before You Can Post

Even though Early to Bet was hilarious, this one has got to be better. It's a shame that it's not coming on Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. 4. My fave penalty of all time, which is from this cartoon, is definitely "Happy Birthday". I actually thought about this cartoon when my cake was served.

I wonder if these penalties would work as an alternative to prison. Tongue

There is also the "rain-pipe" in which the dog ties up the cat and uses rope to pull him down a rain-pipe. Bmode posted a nice pic.

Not yet released on DVD, as far as I know. (Not that that is very far!)

It appears, I believe, on the VHS Looney Tunes Collector's Edition (Comic Cat-Tastrophies)
