Yes, an important mark passed in the past couple of days.
A sudden influx of new members pushed The Big Cartoon Forum over 30K... currently, we're at 30,030.
And to think, just a few years ago, that we considered reaching 5,000 registered users to be a major achievement!
Congratulations to all users, even those who have never posted anything to the Forum! And if you recognize yourself as one of those folks, how about sharing your thoughts?
So, are these 30,000 members all currently active? We had a huge influx of new registered users last summer and many of them turned out to be spammers. As I recall, a lot of them were posting stuff about some stupid hip-hop TV show.

As I am new I cannot be sure. But maybe a lot of posters just sign up, ask a question in the "Mystery Cartoon" section and then leave again. At least, most likely I will end up like that. (Sorry).
