i am new to this. please help

hi all. i am new to animation and cartooning but i wish to learn how to create animation. where do i begin learning? i desire to make infoproducts about animation. where do i find the content to make infoproducts on cartooning and animation such as how to courses, dvds, cds, even book and newsletters. where do i begin to learn how to draw , create and market cartoons? is there a step by step course?
