There is none, nor is there likely to be. Rights to most Popeye cartoons from Fleischer Studios belong to Warner Home Video, which has released them all on three DVD sets. They're all in the original black and white, as WHV believes (rightly so, IMHO) that most collectors want to see the Fleischer Popeyes in as close to the original form as possible. I have collected public-domain cartoons on video for several years. While I have seen several public-domain Fleischer episodes of Popeye, I've never run across any colorized episodes.

I've seen a few of the colorized shorts that ran on my local UPN station in the late 1990's and I thought they looked weird. A B&W film or photograph is beautiful on its own terms and doesn't need any "improvement" through fake colorization.

Your best bet is to search on YouTube and DailyMotion for colorized versions of B&W Popeye cartoons and then download them to your PC or Mac. In the absence of any "official" colorized releases, any colorized versions you do find (and I have seen a few out there) will most likely have been taped off-the-air... so don't expect them to be DVD-quality.

I Agree With Eminovitz, Why Would Anyone Want these FAKE Preschool Student Fan Retraced Hackishness on DVD at all. The Only Recolorized Popeye cartoons in existence were the Famous cartoons from the Mid 1940s. It Should be Known By Now that these "Versions" of these Popeyes are FAKE and Really the ONLY way to see them (Just like watching episodes of Bugs Bunny and first season Flintstones and Steamboat Willie) are the REAL Regular Versions as they Were Created and Intended.
