Never seen him myself. Do you have any more info about it, like where it aired, when, what language, etc?

I don't know it's English title
but it's original title seems to be,...
Vreau Sã Stiu (Romanian)
a.k.a. Je Veux Savoir (French)
*both titles translate to
"I Want to Know"
through Google translator

Ok it aired in egypt with Arabic dubbed Under the name of a " world of knowledge " In 90's
