i am having trouble recalling the source of two cartoon memories.
first, there use to be some shorts pertaining to outdoorsman life. i cannot recall if they were during Loony Toons, woody woopecker or some other interstitials.
they did not involve any characters, they just discussed humorous aspects of woodsmen sports like fishing and hunting. i remember one portion where a moose is tied to a guy's hood and comes back to life and another bit about trying to find a good fishing spot (one man's tranquil spot on the lake is crowded by as many boats flocking around him as can fit in the scene).
the second thing i cannot recall is what i seem to remember as a female mouse character (but it *might* have been a cat) who sure seemed like she was based on Audrey Hepburn. she was haughty and urbane, very fancy and i think smoked a cigarette on a long slender holder.
the biggest thing about her was the way she'd say "i mean RHAAALLY." she drug out "really" in this very haughty way. "rhaally, daaahling. i mean rhaaally."
