Kid Rock to have an animated Xmas

And a Kid Rock in a pear tree.
An animated segment featuring Kid Rock's version of the traditional "The Twelve Days of Christmas" will be included in A Kid Rock Christmas, a VH1 variety show featuring performances by the Detroit rap/rocker and special guests.
December 14 (9 p.m. ET) is the airdate for the TV show, which will run for 90 minutes over the music cable network.
Rock has a new self-titled album out November 11 from Lava/Atlantic. A cover of Bad Company's "Feel Like Making Love" is the first single.
