You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

All I can say about my baseball team (The Cleveland Indians), is they may may be contenders...in one way I can see them going at least 81 wins this year.

Who do you think will make it to the World Series this year?

The Final Four of the MLB has started!

In the AL... Cleveland Indians vs Toronto Blue Jays
In the NL... Chicago Cubs vs Los Angeles Dodgers

I sooooo want the Indians and Cubs in the World Series!

    Well...

The Cleveland Indians are in the World Series. It's a good year for my city... I should change my name to DrDetroit, but then again... that's already a Dan Aykroyd character...

The times, they are a-changin'. Every dog has his day, and the pendulum of Fate has to swing somewhere, which might as well be Cleveland. Good for you, Mister C, you hung in there long enough to see the sun shine.

It has been a bad year for me personally... losing my mom and all...I know if I do marry and wind-up a widower...I may survive. My dad is going to have a hard life as a widower, but I pray for him.

But with the Indians in the World Series against the Cubs...they play tonight again...it did cheer-up my mood.

I even told my sister if the Indians win the title, for my birthday we eat Polish Sandwiches, which look like this...

That's a meal on a bun! It's a Cleveland staple... kielbasa, fries, and coleslaw with barbecue sauce on a hoagie!

And if the Cubs win... we'll eat the Chicago Beef Sandwich which looks like this...

So if the Indians don't win this year, I have confidence that we can win it all in 2017...we already won two titles in June, maybe we shouldn't overdo it!

Oh, that Polish Sandwich looks delightful, though I'd presume that kielbasi and shredded cabbage generates quite a tailwind. Still, I'd rather have that than the teased beef of Chicago.

I also love Chicago Dogs...all-beef hot dogs, white onions, neon-green relish, yellow mustard, tomatoes instead of ketchup (ketchup is a NO on these dogs), spicy sport peppers, kosher dill pickle, and celery salt on a poppy-seed bun!

A ketchupholic like me LOVES Chicago Dogs and that's the last thing you would ever have on that! I'll even order at Wendy's sometimes a Dave's Classic with just cheese, onions, and tomatoes... similar to Louis Lunch's Burgers.

    Well...

It may be three weeks late, but...

Congratulations Chicago Cubs...you snapped your 108 year losing streak!

Now...will the Cleveland Indians snap theirs in 2017?

PS-This is for MREIOF...I have an art request...Wile E. Coyote dressed as a Native American having his butt being bit by a bear cub.
