You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Hello, I'm searching for a cartoon that I watched as a child in the early to mid 90's. I can't stress how important it is to me to find this particular cartoon because it's part of my earliest memories. I have no idea how to find it and details I have are limited to the images in my head. I don't know the title, the artist or studio who made it or it's exact age when I watched it in the 90's. What I can tell you are the details I can remember.

    1) Produced on VHS.
    2) 2 episodes I can remember. Both about the same young boy.
2a) One episode is about the boy bird-sitting. The bird eventually escapes the cage it stays in, leading the boy to the roof of he house. As far as I can remember, the bird is found on perched on the roof edge, the boy struggles to grab the bird and possibly slips off the roof edge - but that as far I can remember.
2b) The other episode is about the boy racing a home-built box car, made from basic materials. He enters a race that takes place on the nearby suburban streets. 3) The cartoons are single stories, not connected like a series. 4) The front cover of the VHS was the boy reaching to grab a bird, with only a could of feathers in his hand, while he appears to fall backward off the roof top. 5) I have a feeling the cartoon was produced in the 80's at the earliest, but no later than 1995 when I owned it.

I'm really sorry I can't be so more specific, but I am desperate to find more information, a name, a studio, something, that will aid my search. I have looked on Google under various search terms like "cartoons of the 90's" (or 80's), "forgotten cartoons" and the likes of, including web and image results. The closest I get is to anything related to the bird episode is "90s cartoon + bird" which results in a lot of PNG image files (image search) of green birds. I'm trying not to get confused as I know memories can alter over time, but according to my parents, I am on the right track as they can remember vague similar details when I've mentioned it to them. Please please help, no matter how small, even if it's a redirection or database. I just don't know what to do - my search is motivated by sentimental value as it was the last VHS I owned (aged 5 or so) before my parents split up (I'm 30 years old now lol). I appreciate you taking the time to read - and any any pointers you can give.

    Many many thanks, Rafe Whysall
