Having received my DVD set of Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels from Warner Archive, let me tell you there are two "lost" end credit scrolls discovered on it, both of which were culled from Scooby's All-Star Laff-A-Lympics and its 90-minute, 1978-79 season successor series, Scooby's All-Stars.

The first one (from the 1977-78 season, used on the even-numbered shows, i.e. shows 2, 4, 6, etc.) is ready for you:
